Yet another great experience!

The thing that I love most about this place is the stylists who have been there for forever! After these world changing events I feel more confident that I will be truly Heard, and have a safe and clean environment knowing there is a recognizable face. I really like a nice skin fade and I've never been disappointed. I recommend RJ. It's so easy to check in with the app. I love their high quality products and at an affordable price and I like supporting this local store. Then there is the Hall of Fame service I get every time. Man it's like a mini massage, and with the luxury wash I feel clean. I can time it on my lunch break.

I was able to come visit thanks to a voucher from the Red Cross after my blood donation (which was an awesome thank you). I don't understand the different tiers of services, but I did notice the atmosphere was professional without overdoing it. I enjoyed my haircut and wash. The stylist, R J, was very professional. It felt like she came to work that day just to cut my hair - a special experience. I appreciated that she actually listened to what I wanted and kept checking in with me to make sure it looked right. I have been to many other salons throughout my life and all too often I leave without the haircut I wanted, or it looks worse than it did when I arrived - happily not the case with R J. I am also not usually a "talker" but with R J a conversation just felt natural. Maybe I just got the best stylist there, but I absolutely loved my experience as a whole and I look forward to coming back and figuring out what those other upgraded services are all about.
